What just happened?
The Vijñāna Bhairava gives 112 doors, and many of them open onto ordinary moments. You don't read the text. You wait for your life to hand you one. Tap the moment you are in. You get one verse and ninety seconds.

Caught or missed
These moments are fast. Most of the time you only notice the door after it has closed. So say which it was. Over weeks the grid becomes your own map: the gates you can walk through and the ones that still slam. A gate shows as caught once you have caught it at least as often as you have missed it. Moments from one verse share a square.
The verse asks one more thing of a sneeze and of hunger: ādi or anta, the beginning or the end. Only those two ask, because only there does the text say it.
Why these moments
Every moment here comes from a verse that names it, or names the kind of thing it is. That gives 41 moments from 28 verses. Most of the 112 are practices you sit down to do, and they are not here. A yawn is not here, and boredom is not here, because the text does not name them.
About the numbers
Each card shows two numbers. The śloka is the verse number in Jaideva Singh's edition. The dhāraṇā is the practice's place among the 112. The two do not move in step, so each card gives both. For example, the open-sky verse is śloka 84 and dhāraṇā 61. Other books count differently.
The English is condensed after Singh. The Sanskrit follows the e-text, corrected where it has plain slips. The verses are the text. The ninety seconds are not: they were written for this page, as a way in.
The map is kept on this device only. There is no streak and nothing to keep up.
